At this time there is not a charge for this service. Anyone interested in attending a listed open house or communicating with the seller should contact the listing agent directly. Registration

Registration is required and will let you edit your ads after publication and upload video clips. Login before submitting ads and click on Post a Classified link in the header. The submission form will open up. Fill-up, upload images and submit it. Once submitted the Site Admin will check it in the next 24 hours and approve (or reject) the ad. The link to the dashboard to manage existing ads is located in the header My Dashboard visible after you login.

Listing Duration

Eugene Open houses and any others in the outlying areas are listed for 5 days after such time an auto-deactivate will happen. You can list again if necessary. There is no limitation on the number of listings one can publish but do not engage in spamming. Request setting-up of a new category if your listing requires.

Site Admin has the final say as to what can be posted and published on the site. Any undesirable listing will be deleted.
